Store Policy

We founded The REAL Rentals with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us to learn more!

All dresses are inspected upon return for any damages.  Repairs and professional cleaning is done on each item after each rental to insure a safe, clean and beautiful item each and every time.  Our rentals are for a term of 7 days unless other arrangements are made prior to rental.  A deposit of $50 is required for each time at the time of booking.  This will be returned once the rental has been inspected and no damages or excessive cleaning is required.  A credit card is required to be kept on file with the store to protect us from theft of items.

We accept cash, check and credit card payment.  In the event of a returned check, an additional fee will be charged.

NO PERMENANT ALTERATIONS ARE ALLOWED TO RENTALS.
